First Eucharist Preparation

The basic guidelines for a child to prepare to receive the sacrament of First Eucharist are:

1. The child must be baptized into the Catholic faith.
2. One year of Religious Education either in a Catholic school or a parish Religious Education program must have been completed.
3. Current enrollment in a Catholic School or a Religious Education program is required.
4. The family is registered at Peace of Christ Parish.

Children can prepare for Eucharist in the Fall (with the celebration taking place in January) or in the Winter (with the celebration taking place in May)
